I work as a Nurse Recruiter in Germany, which is what I love to do. I work with nurses in Germany, finding them new jobs with the help of my network. I got the idea from the large and constantly growing community of Filipinos in Germany, with whom I am very well connected and who kept asking me if I knew anyone who knew anyone…

You know how that works.

And so I founded the company Transcura to help nurses in Germany and started contacting clinics and care facilities to create a new way of life for myself. After all, I also have German roots, which makes it easier to build up a network and also helps with translation. And so i became a nurse recruiter in Germany.

The results never cease to amaze me, because the whole thing has grown to a size that I would never have expected. And I love working with so many great, exciting and interesting people.
